Yvonne is one of our Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) and assists the Practice Nurses in the Treatment Room team. Yvonne can take blood samples, perform ECGs, change dressings, do healthchecks and diabetic checks and administer vaccinations including flu, shingles and pneumococcal. 

When Yvonne is not in clinic, she works in the admin office as a Medical Secretary and helps GPs and patients with queries about referrals and hospital appointments.
