Dr Joanne Rutter qualified as a doctor in 1998 from University College London. She worked as a GP in Wimbledon, London until 2015, at which time she moved with her family to Newbury.

Alongside her work at Burdwood Surgery, Dr Rutter also works as a school doctor and mentor to newly qualified GPs.

Dr Rutter's special interests include women's health and dermatology.

In her spare time, Dr Rutter enjoys yoga, gardening and jewellery making.
