West Berkshire Men's Health Kickstart - Power Up Your Health

Men are often less likely to seek help or talk about their health. This can lead to issues becoming more serious than they need to be.

Healthwatch West Berkshire is running a survey to better understand the health, wellbeing and support needs of men in our local community.

The results will help them highlight gaps, improve services and make sure local support is designed in a way that will work for men.

The survey is completely anonymous. You do not need to give your name but your experience matters, and your voice can help make real change!
