Missed Appointments

 

In July 2025, we had 115 missed appointments due to patients not attending their appointment and not letting us know.

We understand that plans change and you may not be able to attend your appointment, but please let us know if this is the case.

You can cancel on the NHS app or call us and leave a message on our cancellation line.
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible (a minimum of 1 hour) so that we can offer the appointment to another patient.
