Meningococcal Disease Outbreak 

 

You may have seen in the news that there is a Meningococcal disease outbreak in Kent.

UKHSA is working to contain the outbreak, and they are giving prophylaxis antibiotics to close contacts.

You can view your child's immunisation history on the NHS App.

If your child is not linked to your NHS App, please come into the surgery and ask for a Proxy Access Request form.

If you feel your child's immunisation record is incomplete, please contact the School Immunisation Team.
