My form through anima was reviewed really quickly, I was seen by the duty doctor the same afternoon (she was very helpful and lovely!) and prescribed the medication I needed to feel better. All my previous experiences with Burdwood have been amazing. When I've submitted requests for my baby, they have been address really quickly within an hour or less of being submitted and he was also seen the same day on two occasions. Very efficient in my opinion! Thank you Burdwood for all your hard work.

When I told the receptionist that I would like to wait outside away from other patients - because of my anxiety - she didn’t question it, but arranged for the mental health nurse to come and meet me there. The appointment with the MH nurse was longer than a standard GP appointment and so I had time to discuss my issues and to get some helpful advice back. I was treated with respect and dignity by everyone at the surgery, making a difficult situation - because of my anxiety- much easier. Thank you

Came in with an elderly lady, both needing flu and covid jab. We were in the building no more than 10 minutes and staff were amazing and it was so efficient. Thank you to all involved

By calling at 8am I was able to see a doctor on same same day and get necessary painkillers also got appointment with msk team and have been referred for physio in less than 2 weeks

Urgently triaged sensitively and booked in for tests the next day and follow up GP appointment. The service the surgery provides in an urgent care situation has been incredibly well streamlined and efficient with high standard of patient care.

I have recently moved to the Burdwood Surgery and my family and I have been so pleased with the services provided, I have managed to get a same day urgent appointments very easily as well as telephone appointments, the staff at reception have been very polite and helpful, as well as the staff taking bloods. Everyone there seems very upbeat and helpful, I have spoken with a couple of doctors who have been great.

Receptionists are always helpful and friendly. I got a face to face appointment within a few days which was better than expected in terms of timescales. The Dr I saw was also very thorough and seemed genuinely interested in my problem.

My son is on pathway for asd diagnosis and I had booked him in for his nasal flu spray. The receptionist was so accommodating when I say he may need a longer appointment due to his needs and this was no problem. The nurse (sorry I didn’t catch your name) was simply amazing with him. So friendly and welcoming. She managed to get the spray done within minutes without any fuss from my son. I’d was honestly a very pleasant experience and he he walked out saying “amazing mummy”. Well done Burdwood staff!
